This class will be a full spectrum practice incorporating pranayama, meditation and a well rounded, flowing asana sequence with a focus on hip opening and set to music. It will be offered as a moving meditation to immerse ourselves in palpable awareness of our essential, unified consciousness, while engaging enthusiastically with the variety and distinction of our physical embodiment. This practice will seek to offer a physical connection to Bill Mahoney's philosophical offerings on the Pratyabhijna Hridaya, as well as a practical connection to Anusara Yoga's Tantric-based principles of alignment and therapeutics.
